The check in was very fast and swift. Cindy was very helpful on K11 watsapp. Location and view was awesome. It was fantastic holiday at k11 and very convenient shopping and food mall just down to B2. I will definitely come back and stay at K11 Artus again.

Spectacular bay view… spacious room with fully equipped kitchen, walk-in wardrobe… can’t find anything to complain about… highly recommended.

The hotel is located just on top of the K11 mall, with a great sea view. It is a bit expensive though. The hotel has a balcony to overlook the victoria harbour, but beware there may be mosquitoes flying in. Other than that, it is quite nice.

Nice trip here. The place is clean. Bigger than other places in the same price range. Staff is friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended stay in Hong Kong.
