Got a very big room. Closet, area for luggage, small table for laptop, drinks area with fridge. Nice bathroom

Very clean, the hotel looks very new and toiletries are provided (which some hotels don’t these days!!). The wifi connection is very stable and strong.
The shower is very nice, hot water and the water pressure is very sufficient.
The room is slightly small but acceptable at this price range. Location is nice, few minutes away from MTR station and is accessible to food and mall
They brand themselves as apartment but in my opinion it looks more like a hotel, for instance there isn’t any kitchen. However, monthly rental options are available.

Got upgraded to the service apartment, was really a nice stay. Location was close to the train station and close to a lot of local restaurants.
The room was clean and well maintained.

Initial booked room was occupied, given an apartment stay instead. Room was clean however no water is provided.
Location is a little far from nearest station. There are food around the area, but hard to find a cafe or coffee place

Overall is ok … just not so convenient for calling taxi as there is drop off / pick up area near the hotel
Air conditioner was very very cold … and was not adjustable
