Lovely experience. So far, it has been the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The service was very attentive and basically without faults. The staff created a memory that will last for many years to come and it has been a delightful introduction to the Rosewood brand, so much so that I went out and stayed in Rosewood as well on another recent trip. If one is looking for a luxury hotel in HK, one must book Rosewood.

Good coffee but unstable quality. I once asked the staff to brew again for a glass of ice black which was too bitter and burnt. Other glasses were very fruity and pleasantly fragrant though.
The room is very clean. Gym was in very mint condition with excellent equipments.
