We got the bare minimum.

Convenient location and affordable. Rooms are clean enough and the location is very close to the beach and ferry dock.

I had booked 2 night at Silverview Resort Holiday, it is 10-11 of May, I had double check the room is allow a kid（2years old） for free to stay before I made the booking. and my child is at 2 years old. but when we check in, the hotel receptionist said the room I booked is a one double room/ (1.5m wide), which can only accommodate two people, and children are not allowed to live there. He said the Trip website made a mistake, and he was irresponsible. He asked us to charge an extra 100 Hong Kong dollars per night and change it into a twin bed room, because we had no choice, so we had to pay 200 Hong Kong dollars to change the room according to his requirements. He said he would contact the website to send me an email to explain later, but we did not receive the email. I think the hotel should abide by the promise of the website since it lets the website sell the room, and it is not proper for him to unilaterally ask me to charge more fees.

Я могу подсказать владельцам этого заведения что еще можно сделать что бы было еще хуже, чем сейчас (ведь они именно этого и добиваются, иного объяснения для этой дыры у меня нет):
- выключить свет и воду (кстати единственное удивление было в том что в номере все же была горячая вода)
- не возвращать депозит (в это сложно поверить но за эту дыру еще и депозит надо вносить наличными 🤦♂️) Его кстати не так-то просто потом вернуть, особенно если вы потеряете чек.
- … хм, что же еще посоветовать? Похоже все остальное они уже сделали.
P.S. мне приходилось ранее останавливаться в подобных отелях из-за отсутствия выбора в условном Гондурасе, но там они хотя бы стоили 20$ и были почище:) Тут же было заплачено почти 500$ за трое суток!!! И да, они оказались незабываемые🤦♂️
