Hoo Sang Hostel (Mong Kok Metro Station E1 Exit)

When checking in, the lobby door was closed. I called the internet number, and the hotel was quite rude, asking us to use the phone on the main door to call management. Not only was no one there, but we called the door number several times, but no one answered. After waiting in the stuffy building for nearly half an hour, I tried to contact the hotel again, only to be told they weren't in the lobby. Isn't that normal?
