Bad smell from the bathroom sink, staff sent somebody 3 times, but didn't fix the problem, just put some room odorizer to cover the smells. Maybe a good service would have to change my room , as I have suggested but no answer. For those reasons I won't invite others travellers to book this hotel.

I really like this hotel, which is why I chose to stay here for the second time. This time, I was upgraded to a better room than the one I originally booked, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Reception staff Ms Alice is very friendly. The environment is good as each floor has only 3 rooms. The room is consider spacious in HK. Very quiet and aircond is definitely cold enough!

Front desk isn’t reliable.
I had a flower arrangement delivered to my room. But no one informed me & the flowers was sitting in the hotel lobby for one whole day.

Following HK regulation no plastic tooth brush general available. This is ok, but to charge for the sometimes is not ok. Room is not very big and fan was running the whole night - no possibility to switch off the fan (only if you remove room card -but then no power for charging the phone). Friendly staff - was upgraded to exec. Room
