Honestly it was the worst stay I ever had, I didn’t expect the room would be so small and dirty. I cannot even open my cabin-sized luggage.
The toilet is a sharing toilet and very very dirty as well. The room door is hard to open and closed, it’s already broken. The air conditioner needs to be repaired as well, I was sleeping while sweating. Imagine sleeping in a very small humid room with broken air conditioner…. Oh never again.
The only good point is its location. It’s very strategic in causeway bay area.

Not worth the money I paid at all.
After my booking was confirmed the hotel manager told me they don't have the room I booked available and moved us to a different location that is not the same standard as what I specifically booked for. The bathroom was really not up to standard, broken shower head, geyser not in a good condition, cracked tiles and a "wet room".
The beds were comfortable and linen clean and fresh, but there was rubbish from previous guests under the beds.
Not satisfied at all.

The bed is dirty with hairs on and also stain on the bed sheet. Tho the location is perfect, the facilities quite poor. Hot water is not consistent also.

I had a great stay, the hotel is at a convenient and busy shopping location at Causeway bay and the MTR station is just nearby, the room are small but cozy and i would definitely stay here again.

Front staff's service was good, but, They are not at the front desk, they are stay different building. so If I something need, I have to phone call them.
And, I moved to another building due to full occupancy.
The original building was very close to the station, but the new building was a just a little further away,
and the area around the building was not safe, it was like a slum.
The room is very small, mattress and air conditioner were dusty, and toilet was moldy.
I have planned to stay several nights, but in the morning we booked another hotel.
Sorry, I don't want to book again.

The place is not bad at all.. love the guy owner at the front desk seems so friendly and accommodating us properly 🫶🏻 will probably book this hotel again next time
