The elevator did not work for all the time I stayed, the shower head holder was broken, they said they couldn't fix it. I had to find a solution myself and repaired it.

The price is relatively cost-effective. The cleanliness level is acceptable.Unfortunately, the elevator malfunctioned during my stay. However, the employees will help with the luggage.

Check in was smooth. We arrived late into the night and the room keys were set in a locker for self check in. Elevator broke down on the second day we were there. Booked for 5 days and it was inconvenient as we had to climb up the stairs for the remaining days. There are 5 floors and a rooftop for laundry. Spacious for Hong Kong budget hotel standard.

This is a self-service guesthouse located in the old district of Sham Shui Po. Overall, it was quite good, mainly for its value for money. The room was relatively spacious and quite clean. Personally, I think it's better than what the reviews say!

The room was really dirty, it seemed like they just straightened the bedsheets and duvet without actually changing them. There was still water in the bathroom. After 11 PM, I couldn't reach anyone at the hotel; the front desk was unstaffed.

This hotel is…. Not good.
We arrived just before the typhoon hit. I messaged the hotel several hours before checking in to see what precautions or preparations we would need to do because of the typhoon- they never answered my email.
The room I was in reeked of cigarette smoke and had plastic bags over the smoke detectors. The staff did nothing to remedy the situation and told me to leave the plastic bags there.
The room was not very clean and the sink was attached to the wall with duct tape. It wobbled when we touched it.
If the typhoon were not imminent I would have booked us in somewhere else.
The hotel told us that they could store our luggage after checking out. When I realized that their ”storage “ consisted of bike locks next to a staircase railing I decided to pass on that idea.
The neighborhood that the hotel is in is nice- many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The hotel is in a decent location, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and public transportation, which made getting around fairly easy. However, the room was quite small and felt a bit cramped, especially for a longer stay.
Amenities were rather limited, with not much beyond the basic essentials. While the hotel was generally clean and the staff were polite, the overall experience was average and didn’t particularly stand out. It’s an acceptable option if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep, but don’t expect many facilities or extra comforts.
