Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Mong Kok Train Station and Airport Bus. The building itself is a bit old and feels like old HK drama. Room is a bit small and might not be convenience to move around.

I originally booked this hotel because it claimed to have two 1.2-meter-wide beds, but when I got there, it was just a 1.2-meter-wide mattress on a bed frame that was less than one meter wide. They didn't tell me how to use the electric water heater for the shower. I turned it on for a long time but it didn't produce hot water, so I didn't use it. The next day at 12:15 noon, I went back to rest before leaving, but the boss said that the time had passed and I had to move my things out. At the same time, he said that high-end hotels in Hong Kong can be used until 2 pm. You can figure out what this sentence means. Looking at the comments, this sentence seems to be his verbal talk.
