This place is absolutely disgusting and the pictures provided by them are fake!!! I'm originally from Brazil and if I was missing the slums (favelas) I would feel completely at home in this place, I was really shocked by how they had(have?) a 7.7 score when I stayed. The room bed is small and uncomfortable which is far from being the main problem as I am not very big, but the smell in the room was truly sickening and I'm not exaggerating. If light bothers me (which the people living in the room only wanted off at 1am) I can put a mask. If noise bothers me (I was in the bed right next to the very noisy Aircon) I can wear earplugs. But there's very little I can do about that disgusting smell. To make things even worse, it seems like the owner double booked the space. The very small room was full with all 6 bed (3 bunk beds) taken. And a woman arrived asking to check our booking because she was supposed to stay there as well. After a lot of back and fourth with the owner until late hours, she left, but I have no idea how (if at all) the problem was solved. All facilities are kelt very dirty and falling apart. I wasn't brave enough to take a shower there, and there is no toilet paper whatsoever in the property. I've stayed in cheaper places with better conditions than that. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you best hostel in hong kong.. I was upgraded for free to a private room .. well I was happy and the staff is amazing and helpful .. Thankas again 10/10
