Excellent! The location is great, very close to the subway. The price is affordable, and the owner is nice. It's really good value for money and worth a visit. I'll definitely come again next time. Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Extremely small, very musty and smelly like trash. The sheets and curtains were torn, and the sheets even had grainy dust on them, feeling incredibly rough to the touch. My skin started itching as soon as it touched the sheets. The toilet was broken; the lid wouldn't stay up. The air conditioning was so loud I couldn't sleep at all. I told them the air quality was terrible, and the staff had a bad attitude, sarcastically asking if there was a doctor on site and calling me illogical, even though they provided a garbage room. The rooms all have password locks, which is nice. It's fully self-service, and the soundproofing is excellent. Our room was 603. The owner is also available 24/7 and answers any questions diligently. They even turn on the AC for you in advance, and the room smelled lovely when we entered. Many guests leave messages on the whiteboard in the hallway. I think this room is quite good for Hong Kong. I originally wanted to book 601, but I didn't like the layout with a wall in the middle. The only minor downside to the room I ended up booking is that there might have been mosquitoes; I got bitten in the middle of the night. Also, the air conditioning was very noisy. After walking around Hong Kong all day, being so tired, the noisy AC made it really hard to fall asleep. Those are the only two points. However, for this price in Hong Kong, getting a private and comfortable environment is already great value. Just bring earplugs and mosquito repellent, and it's totally worth it.

This place is really great! First off, the location in Mong Kok is fantastic, and the price is super low. It's not a hostel, so having my own room is comfortable no matter what. The cleanliness is perfectly acceptable, and the owner is easy to reach with very detailed instructions. The only minor issue is the air conditioner can be a bit noisy, but it honestly doesn't bother me at all.

Pretty good. The location is excellent and it's very quiet. The price is also reasonable. The cleanliness was better than I expected. In a place like Hong Kong, where every inch of land is precious, it's not easy to find a room at this price point with decent conditions. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully it's not too hot yet, so I didn't turn it on at night. It would be perfect if they could fix the AC noise issue. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

Don't underestimate this guesthouse! Even though it's a bit small, the facilities are really good. There are power outlets on the outside tables, and you can even borrow chargers and power banks. Aside from the air conditioning making some noise occasionally, everything else is pretty great. It's even better than some hotels I've stayed in.
