The check in service was fast. Stay near the lift was noisy and a lot of stuff place outside the service lift. The room should have a table to put the luggage.

Front Desk - VERY HEARTLESS I arrived at the hotel 1 in the morning Had I known they will not let me check in I should have just stayed in the HKIA bec there is warm heater in the airport unlike this hotel NO HEATER in the lobby. When I arrived I found the frontdesk lady SOUNDLY SLEEPING so I had to wake her up coz I want to check in at first she said I did NOT have booking maybe bec she just woke up so her mind is not yet running properly when I showed her my confirmation She said she cannot give me a room bec it is NOT yet 2PM I had no choice but to wait in their VERY COLD lobby this lady is so cruel and heartless I mean there is a room available but she did NOT bother to check her computer bec she wanted to go back to sleep I came from NewYork America I am so tired from the very long flight then when I arrive in your LOUSY hotel she did not let me check in despite having an available room. I had no sleep and waited from 1am to 730am in the cold lobby as a result I got a cold the next morning Then if I havent approached her colleague they did not even bother to approach me and tell me they can check me in now SO UNPROFESSIONAL I mean in Harbour Plaza hotel the staff would attend to the guest immediately This really made me cry bec I felt so bad and belittled I know this hotel is a cheap hotel but the staff shouldnt treat guests like this and BE MORE CONSIDERATE if this was in summer Im ok to wait but it was WINTER and the hotel lobby did NOT have a heater. So the treatment to me by this staff was very cruel and heartless The room as usual is dirty and dusty and I had to clean it the bedsheet is also filled with stains Please vacuum the floor. Also noticed that the housekeeping in 23rd floor is recycling the room slippers bec everyday she provided UNWRAPPED room slippers which I find UNhygienic coz some guests have foot disease like ringworm etc. There is NO bottled water in the room just tap water which had a very strong chlorine smell. For the TV channels they have HBO and BBC for english speaking guests so good. This hotel has NO restaurant so if u arrive early morning like me and u are hungry then u are in a lot of trouble coz all restaurants in HK close at 11PM. This is a really terrible experience for me I consider this my WORST TRIP ever   There is free coffee in the lobby but NO good taste too strong and machine cannot be calibrated. There is water dispenser machine but when I smelled the water it smelled like tap water and the chlorine scent was very strong stronger than the water in the room.  I love the high speed lifts BUT it seems this hotel is not a safe hotel bec ANYONE can go up I chanced upon a Mainlander Man pretending he couldnt find his key and wanted to go to 20th floor the next day a Mainlander woman also pretending she lost her key and went to 20th floor This hotel must provide security staff in the ground floor to strictly enforce NO key NO go up policy coz who knows what these suspicious strangers are up to why they want to enter hotel. Location is good coz near supermarket MTR local diners and DingDing station and A11 bus to airport is near

Easy to locate via bus and metro . Bus from airport arrive right at the stop . Many food restaurants around and good area to stroll and see Tram is available too They have 3 elevators in the building. Peak hour would be busy. Hair dryer is available.

Small room. But in Hongkong this is normal. a lot food choice next to hotel. Close to MRT , but no escalator to help to move luggage to the street. Do not recommend for traveler has big or heavy luggage.

convenient location and excellent and very polite staff attitude. Especially the last one makes a big big difference. Be aware, you CAN'T open the windows in the room. Also, the internet connection is limited to 4 devices, meaning you need to ask at the reception to obtain an extra code to keep connected. A cumbersome policy. The size of the room is really just just right. Very very tight for 2 people but well structured. On the negative side, noise insulation, practically, doesn't exist. If people in rooms around you take a shower, you can hear the running water. Imagine if they do that in the middle of the night. You simply wake up waiting for them to finish shower. Air-conditioning is also quite loud.

Good service and condition, enough cleaning liquids, But some pests saw in the room bed and toilet. It's notckean enough. The blanket is not warm enough and seems very old . The toilet wash liquids are not full in the standing box, please check it full enough supply. The clothes hangers are only two, not enough for two customers and winter clothes are some more. Please improve the above requirements.

I won't recommend this to anyone. I booked the more expensive room type hoping I could get a good night's sleep, but it was very disappointing. I was waken up twice during the night because the walls were paper thin and the water pipes rumbled loudly everytime someone took a shower. The noise was so loud the boiling water in the electric kettle paled in comparison. The air-con was extremely noisy as well, and I had to turn it off in order to sleep. The room was located only a meter or so in front of the elevators, so you could hear people coming in and out of, or waiting for the lift. The toilet/shower was tiny, and it's got the worst design ever. I felt like I was in some sort of love hotel as they put reflective vinyls on the glass panels inside the shower cubicle. The worst part was that those vinyls and the plastic seals were half peeled off, suggesting poor maintenance and very cheap construction. There's only harsh white ceiling lighting available, and the desk lamp, the knob of which came off, couldn't be adjusted either. There's no lighting control at the bedside, which meant I had to either leave the bright lights on or stumbled in darkness when I got out of bed in the middle of the night. Bedding wasn't the best, and the mattress managed to sag and feel hard at the same time. There were quite a few bars downstairs and when I returned to the hotel at around midnight, there was a drunken woman rolling on the ground howling. All in all, there's nothing to recommend about this hotel and I don't think I'll ever return.
