WAKE Concept Hotel

The hotel was easy to find and easy to navigate to using public transport . For a solo traveler the room had enough space and had ample storage room. The room it self was decorated nice. But it was awfully dusty . The bedding was clean and comfy..When I arrived there were strands of hair on the floor . The bathroom was clean but the design makes no sense at all. When you shower the water goes splashes out it could have been better designed. The room provides basic amenities and no hand soap was given! Living in post covid times how can a hotel not provide hand soap? The towels provided was of sub standard quality. They were worn and torn and most of the time had marks. Thankfully I always travel with my own towels. The room would also get very damp inside the one day I returned to find the floor had condensation on it. The hotel , really should not be asking for paying guests to be following their social media accounts to get complimentary daily coffee or for luggage storage. Question, what if you don’t use social media? The hotel has a 3rd floor chill area but it wasn’t accessible with the room card. Why say there is one when one can’t access it? The location is okay. Cleaning could be improved. For the price I paid it was okay.

the location is very ideal, i think one of the best. the room itself is nice, yes it’s small but i have no problem opening my medium sized luggage and all the shopping I did. the water pressure is great, bathroom is very clean, amenities also great, especially the air purifier and water purifier, helps me a lot. the view from the window is great. i get why people say it’s a bit dusty(actually not really) but there is a small space between the bedside table and the wooden base of the bed and the dust kind of collected there. maybe it’s a bit hard to clean though i think it’s possible with slimmer tools. service was very great, the staffs are very friendly, attentive, quick, one of the best I’ve met. one might think the price is steep for the room size but considering its strategic location, design, comfiness, i think it’s really fair

I really enjoy the hotel! You have the best of both worlds: the little cozy "hong kong style" room and the comfort of a great hotel. The best location in Hong Kong for a first times. 100% recommended!

Bang for the buck for its location. Its still quite new so the place is still great but i think needs a little attention on the cleaning since there are a few dusty areas inside the room but overall, great place. Theres no amenities but its fine given the short stay.

Location is very convenient, clean room, a lot of restaurants nearby and very near temple street. Will stay again!

Nice environment and convinent to go any places. Highly recommended.
