The interior decoration of room is well thought, especially for the charging hubs, temperature control is well designed. Hotel shuttle is a good arrangement however the driver is exceptionally rude and unprofessional, speeding for multiple times in a 5 minute journey and talk about other customers behind their back over walkie talkies.

Great view just next to the stadium.
Location was nice. There are shuttle bus runs every 30 min.
Hygiene was fair.
The bedsheet was stained. Staff are helpful in replacing it on request.

Overall stay 9 days is awesome, comfort and relax. Staff all are spontaneous and went extra miles.
The only downside is the location, has to walk about 15 mins from Song Wong Toi. Hope the shuttle bus can increase the frequency.

Booked two rooms for my family abroad and they are quite satisfied with the environment. Nice breakfast, great view, new stuff, great staff. The room size is as expected. Everything is fine.

A very new hotel that is pleasantly nice. The rooms are not as small as their other branches and the gym is quite equipped.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful too. Our flights arrived quite late at night and they checked us in fine despite it being at 3am.
As it is rather new, the surroundings are still developing and perhaps new and exciting attractions entails. Thanks Dorsett. Had a wonderful stay.

Very nice and new hotel ! friendly and helpful staff !
The beds are comfortable and there is a water fountain on every floor that we can use anytime.
The size of the room for HK is also nice !
To be improved: the key rooms.My key didn’t work so I had to go back two times to the reception to get a new one and it took some time.

Bad Experience.
Don’t really know why the bathroom is designed like this??? All the water overflowed and even flow to the carpet under the bed???
I call the reception and she said all the bathroom in my room type is designed like this. But why I’m not informed before I move in?? There is no instruction before I book prior to my travel.
I call the staff and the only thing he can do is help me mop the floor… He wear his shoe and stamp on the towel I clean my foot and leg…. Also my slipper is wet and the hotel even didn’t give me a new slipper or the rubber slipper instead.
