The hotel is actually a serviced apartment with two units per floor. There are fewer rooms and fewer guests coming and going. There is a lock at the door and entry and exit requires confirmation from the front desk. The room is larger than other hotels, with a simple and stylish design. It is quite comfortable and has a kitchen with utensils and a microwave, so guests can cook their own meals. The bathroom has two large sinks and a bathtub, which is more attractive to travelers who love bathing. Please note that there is no telephone in the room. If you need additional utensils or housekeeping services, you need to go to the front desk on the basement to notify them, which is quite inconvenient. Moreover, the hotel does not have a fitness room, laundry room or restaurant services. If necessary, guests need to meet the relevant needs by themselves.

Because I was doing business in China Resources Building, I booked a nearby room on Ctrip 20 days in advance. The hotel secretly changed the room to Causeway Bay. Later, I learned from the other party that they had sent a notice through the Ctrip customer service system. I didn't care, and took a taxi to Causeway Bay with my children and big suitcases. I was refused by three taxis. It was a very unpleasant accommodation experience! I have to say that your hotel should at least call me to inform me of the change of hotel address! I can also change to another nearby place to stay! Seriously bad review!
