Hotel is at a convenient location as it is near to mtr station. Very good service from the receptionist especially Yannis. A very cheerful and helpful girl 👍 best service from Yannis .

A very comfortable stay in Townplace, I was very happy with the prompt attention , particularly Rose from Front Desk, thank you for arranging nice room for me🫶🏼, I love quiet room👍,also the gym is amazing.

The staff are helpful at the front desk. The view from the infinity pool is great but the pool easily get crowded and not so good for swimming laps but good enough to just have some fun and sunbathing in this hot weather. 25/F is a great place to get some coffee and do some reading too. Or else just jog along the promenade. It has been a good experience and I would recommend friends to just stay their for some me time.

One of my favourite hotels in HK in this price range. It’s more of a service apartment, and it has an amazing gym and rooftop pool. Highly recommended!

Location is not most ideal however it’s compensated by the cleanliness, the view and the amenities near the hotel. Bed however is extremely hard which makes it very comfortable to sleep in. Other than that, all perfect. Highly recommended.

Overall i love the place, the vibes , location and most of all the amazing harbour view! The front desk is very helpful! My flight arrive early and they arrange for me to rest in the lounge first then have the room ready a lot sooner for me. Will definitely consider to book them again. Only downside is the air conditioning which is very noisy that i have to shut it down luckily is not hot at night. There are a few restaurants around which is very convenient. ❤️❤️
