My hotel room was being upgraded because of my birthday yesterday, which I appreciate. However, the room is still not spacious enough, and there was some noise from the corridor during the night. Please ensure that this is improved in the future.

A good hotel with attentive service—special thanks to Hilary. Unfortunately, the door to our upgraded room was faulty and, despite three repair attempts, it wasn’t fixed. I hope the hotel will conduct more frequent checks to ensure all amenities are in working order

Good location nearby big shopping mall and good scenic spot along harbour side view.
High quality of food both at dinner buffet @Harbourside & Chinese food @ Lai Ching Heen
One thing disappointed that no direct lift to basement restaurants, it was not an easy accessible way for the elderly and wheelchair guests, they need to be lead by the staff went through the back door of cargo lift with slight bad smell.
