Room is old, some of furniture is damage, suggest owner refurbished..anyway location is strategic

I only stayed one night in Fu Lai villa, but it was comfortable and convenient. I had a great night sleep - even though it was busy in the street, my room was quiet. Good strong shower. Had nice contact with the owner over wechat, she was helpful and friendly. Only downside was that I couldn't find the wifi password after I arrived (turned out later I should've received it over wechat, the owner apologized, so just bad luck on my part) and for my taste it could've been a little bit cleaner. Would happily come again though, mostly for the quiet, great location and very good price for Hongkong!

房間的位置十分便利 位於尖沙咀 樓下就是佳佳甜品（網紅甜品店 一直到凌晨都有人排隊）再走200多米就是廟街 出去就是公交和地鐵 走1.4km就到維多利亞港了 樓下還有十八座的腸粉分店 超級方便 寸土寸金的香港 這麼好的位置真的超讚 老闆的人也很好 桌子上放了很多進口的零食提供給大家 十分推薦

地段交通方便地維港很近，飲食比較方便。是寸土寸金的地方性價比高，該有的都有。下次再來。關鍵老闆好溝通。

在香港，這樣的房間性價比還是不錯的。
希望房東把電視信號線搞一下，我們那個房間電視都看不了。
無電梯，腿腳不好的，不方便。
樓下有網紅甜品店，天天晚上看到排長隊

垃圾吧～十分垃圾～超級垃圾～非常差。還有屎沒有清理乾淨～太噁心了，傳單都是舊的，空調又很吵

性價比很高的房間。雖然設施有點舊，但整體是乾淨整潔的。而且地理位置很好，距離地鐵站、機場巴士都很近，樓下就是佳佳甜品，晚上回去剛好買個甜品吃吃！雖然是自助辦理入住和退房，但有加了微信，老闆迴應很積極！
