Great communication from start, receptionist Maria very helpful, hotel room very clean, well situated, lovely hotel, would return if back in that area, convenient car parking across the road. No hesitation in recommending!

This was a very nice hotel in an excellent location. Located right near the water and the local restaurants/bars. Only complication was the lack of parking. Since it's close to the water, there was no street parking when we arrived on a beautiful weekend afternoon. We ended up parking in a lot a half mile or so away, but they have a spot where you can drop off luggage. The ferry over to France is quick and easy and the beach there is spectacular. A very nice and far less expensive option to staying in San Sebastian. Mostly Spanish and French tourists here; not a lot of Americans.

The hotel has a good location close to the center and restaurants/bars. The reception efficient and the room we had was clean and nicely decorated. BUT due to the fact that there was only a fan and not an AC it was mor or less impossible to sleep because of the heat. For us it was a waste of money.

Located two minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. Parking was a problem , although the hotel inferred there was parking it was actually in the street and was only free between eight pm and ten am. The breakfast was meagre.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is great with freshly squeezed orange juice. It worths more than 9 euros.
However, I wasn't told the room was (half-)underground basement with small windows without any town views.
I missed a boiling pot to make hot tea in the room.

Este hotel boutique es super recomendable. La ubicación es inmejorable: muy céntrico, a solo unos minutos del casco viejo de Hondarribia, pero a la vez alejado del bullicio nocturno de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias, coquetas y decoradas con gusto; los baños de muy buen tamaño y un amplio espacio de armario (de los modernos, sin puertas). La atención en recepción es excelente, muy amables y atentas. Una excelente opción de hospedaje en Hondarribia. Nosotros repetiremos sin dudarlo.
