Awful! Filthy and Dingy. Completely filthy. They have taken a 300 retro deposit off of us to make sure the property is left clean and its absolutely filthy. It stinks of being locked up and nothing has been touched in it for weeks. Vile. Avoid Avoid

Agréablement surpris par notre logement (maison pour 6 personnes), neuf, propre et décoré avec goût La résidence VACANCEOLE Port MInervois/Haut du Lac de HOMPS est un havre de paix en septembre avec ces maisons colorés et sa végétation luxuriante. A la limite de l'Aude et de l'Herault, nombreux sont les sites à découvrir, méditerranée, montagne, vignobles et villages médiévaux. Merci à,toute l'équipe pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, qui nous donne envie de revenir très vite.

il y a deux résidences cote a cote , tres Grands ! l'acceuil vraiment bien , je remercie les deux technicien le premier qui me depanne pour la Télévision en panne & echanger ! la location 60 M2 propres ! piscine ok ...commerce a 5 minutes ! Lac tres proches faire le tour ! des vignes a pertes de vue ! Marche pied ! Narbonne a 40 minutes ! l'endroit & un peut venteux dans le secteur !

L'animation pendant cette periode était moins sujet au rencontre des enfants, un peu à la piscine. Du coup visite entre nous et restaurant à l'exterieur qui n'a pas permis à fille de rencontrer des enfants pour jouer ensemble...ambiance camping nous préférons que résidentiel, confort très bien mais moins conviviale.

Domaine très sympa et propre avec deux piscines relativement calmes. L'état des logements était moyen. Les poêles étaient toutes sales et deux d'entre elles étaient très rayées. Il manquait une chaise de jardin et deux autres étaient cassées. Les logements disposaient de la climatisation mais les commandes n'étaient pas dans le logement... Hormis ces points, le séjour s'y est bien déroulé.

Il est incroyable que pour cette région et le prix payé, la climatisation ne soit pas installée d'office alors que le logement est étouffant. Avions reservé avec un chien car accepté par la residence et avons sollicité lors de notre réservation un jardin clos : cela n'a absolument pas été pris en compte. Nous regrettons l'amateurisme du personnel de l'accueil. Bref, nous ne repartirons pas avec Vacanceole. Philippe et Marie-France
