Located on a canal just minutes off the Homosassa River. Very quiet with little boat traffic. Dock space to park your boat, fire pit for evenings. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The screened-in patio comes equipped with Bar b Que and a sink. 3 good size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. It is decorated and furnished with high end things. This is our personal home which we rent when we are not there. There fore some of our private stuff is there. You will have access to the whole house except for our office which is locked.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Property is located on the water.About customRules:Make sure you are going idle speed on the canal at all times.
