Newly renovated and fully furnished 2BR/2BA or 3BR/3BA condo in the True-Blue neighborhood. We offer the third bedroom option for the same price as the two bedroom. This second-floor unit boasts tons of natural light with an open concept living space. Enjoy the outdoor seating on the screened porch that overlooks the 17th hole of the True-Blue golf course with a picturesque pond, as well.The owners have made numerous improvements including a brand-new kitchen with new white shaker cabinets, new quartz countertops and stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a full size refrigerator, full size washer and dryer, stove and microwave. Also included is a Keurig coffee maker, as well as, a traditional coffee maker. You will find plenty to prepare most any meal with all brand new cookware, utensils, plates, drinkware and flatware, toaster, blinder, crockpot, etc. There is plenty of ice for your beverages with an ice maker in the LG refrigerator.All three bedrooms have brand new beds & TV’s with included cable and streaming apps. We are walking distance to the Pawleys Plantation Golf Clubhouse and Palmetto Jacks, a great bar, restaurant and porch. We are also within walking distance to the community pool. Speaking of the beach, we have a State Park Pass which will give you access to the Huntington Beach State Park and all it has to offer, but get there early or reserve a parking spot online. Our place is readily available for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
