With a stroller, the nearby playground, beaches and restaurants are within walking distance for everyone! The condo is on the ground level and doesn't have any stairs, so you don't need to carry anything or anyone up and down the stairs or have anybody fall down. The ladder on the bunk bed can be taken off making the top bunk bed off limits and there is a safety gate to close off the kitchen (or any room for that matter). No dangerous fall from the lanai as it's on the ground floor.
