This is the best location in Summit County, as you can walk to the bike path, Main Street, or the marina. Newly remodeled 2 story, 1 BR 2 BA condo which has everything you need to have a hassle free getaway in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. You will be completely spoiled in luxury while visiting my home. THE SPACEThe condo has been remodeled with all you need for a comfortable stay including many upgrades; soaker tub, rain shower, fireplace, and a modern kitchen. It is a 2 story condo, so plenty of space for privacy if you have 4 people. A king sized bed is upstairs, and a comfortable queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well. You will have partially covered free parking for 1 car in front of the condo, and uncovered free parking behind the unit if you have more than 1 vehicles.All appliances are new including refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, large washer/dryer, and a brand new boiler! I DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE and have not ever used one so if that is important to you another unit may be more suitable. LOCATIONThe unit is centrally located in Frisco, 5 min. walking distance to the transfer station (primary bus depot to DIA/Greyhound), Main Street (15 min), Lake Dillon (10 min), and shopping area including Whole Foods (5 min). It is on the route of the Summit Stage which takes you to 3 of the 8 ski areas in this region. Vail is a 25 min drive and Beaver Creek 35 min. Our condo is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants & nightlife Frisco has to offer. Beautiful mountain views. Free Wifi, cable and covered parking. Excellent, recently remodeled amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis, volleyball, and racketball courts. Recently updated (November of 2022) with new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. Ideally located near 5 major ski resorts!The condo has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and king bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second full bathroom down the hall. The living room has a loveseat with a pull out twin sleeper. There are great views from the deck, which is equipped with a propane grill. In November of 2022 I have updated the condo with many new cosmetic and practical updates including new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. There are still things that need updating (I am looking at you... bathrooms). The condo is super conveniently located with wonderful amenities and plenty of beds for everyone. Cozy 850 sf, the condo is furnished with an eye towards functionality and efficiency. To save space I have included a coffee table that converts to a dining table and folding upholstered dining chairs that easily stow out of the way. Also, all of the bedroom end tables have built-in outlets, so you will never have to search for an outlet to charge your electronics. We are walking distance to the Frisco bike path and only a 1/2 mile from downtown Frisco and free Summit County shuttle. We are in Building C, which is the closest you can be to the clubhouse that features an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, racquetball / pickleball, sauna, steam room, laundry, and locker rooms. There is also an outdoor tennis court, sand volleyball, and horseshoe pit.
