It is right outside the entrance door and monitors the public area around the elevator/hallway. We allow a maximum of 4 guests. You will be charged $100 per person per night if there are more than 4 people spending the night. We also allow a maximum of 6 people in the unit during the day. St tropez is located in the heart of isla verde and right next door to san juan hotel and casinos and disco and more. Great night life. Airport only 7 min drive to the property and beach only 10 min walk. 1 bedroom apt. Sleep 4 with full kitchen stove top, microwave, blender, coffee maker, glassware, flatware, pots and toaster. Queen size bed and queen size fulton that open up and comfortable. Large flat tv in living room with wi fi and cable ready. Linens and towels are provided. Also 4 beach chairs and 2 cooler. Also free parking. Property also have a large beautiful pool gorgeous from 3 feet to 8 feet deep. I expect all guest to act in a responsible and respectful manner. No smoking is allowed in the apt only the balcony permitted. Please turn off a/c and light when your not in the apt. The electric is 3x as expensive as the us.
