It is located at (Blvd. Kukulkan KM 13, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico) and is part of the Villas Marlin condominium complex. Our manager Ben lives in Cancun and can give recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He can also help you book snorkeling, fishing, parasailing, jet skis and catamaran tours to Isla Mujeres. There is a large mall right across the street with a supermarket on the top floor. We are located within 1-2 miles in either direction of Rental cars, Coco Bongo and the Jet boat tours, two of Cancun's greatest attractions. Two of the rooms are waterfront with sliding glass doors so you can wake up to the sunrise. Enjoy the 3 Large communal pools and seasonal poolside bar.
