Busan Homestays

Thanks to the best location, facilities, and service, our family had a really happy time! The bedding was so clean and the room was spacious, so it was perfect for relieving fatigue and sleeping soundly on our first backpacking trip with a child! I was a little nervous after reading a review that said the elevator was too crowded and took a long time, but fortunately(?) we were assigned to a low floor, so there was no major inconvenience. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The living room sofa was small but soft, and there were plenty of towels. Whenever I travel, I like my accommodation, but I feel a little disappointed with the bathroom storage or space, but at Lavianz, from the storage to the size of the space... I didn't feel even those minor inconveniences! However, there was a veranda in the master bedroom, but they must have forgotten it and it wasn't cleaned; and even though we requested a late checkout and received confirmation twice, someone opened the door lock at 11 o'clock and then closed the door quickly when we were surprised. Maybe you didn't receive the message, or maybe the staff was busy and confused... We didn't really use the veranda, and the door lock incident(?) was just a minor incident, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, but I'm writing this because I think it will be improved and become a better hotel if I tell them☺️ It was even better because there was no noise even though the surrounding commercial area was very well-developed! My child definitely wants to come back. He loves traveling to Busan at least once or twice a year~ Until then, he usually stayed in Gijang or Gwangalli, but thanks to Labianz, he likes Haeundae 😍 I'll definitely come back! The residences is fully equipped with all the things you need. Kitchen are very good. Automatic toilet is fantastic. Some points to be concerned are: - We booked for 4 people but hotel provided only 2 big bath towels with 4 small ones. We expect to get 4 big ones. - No bathroom foot towel is provided.

I can't say enough about the location of the hotel. It's very convenient. It's less than a minute away from the subway and the bus is also nearby. Convenience store, famous toast egg shop, Olive Young, just a few steps away. But the counter is very, very difficult to find. There is no sign at all. It is actually in B1, and it is small and looks like a service office. It handles procedures and the like, and it is not staffed 24 hours a day, 18:00-22:00 and 7:00 in the morning. No one is there from 00-9:00. , The room is very big and spacious, with a balcony, a fire, and a microwave.

I was so satisfied with the Palais de Ciz, my first trip to Busan with my family. I want to stay there again next time. Since I stayed on a weekday, they upgraded me and I stayed in a 70-pyeong room. I had originally booked three rooms in the 50-pyeong range, but I was able to stay comfortably in a larger place with my two teenage children. The location is also great, and Haeundae Beach is right in front, so it would be hard to make a reservation in the summer. It was a great value for the money, and there were lots of places to eat nearby, so I had a great time with my kids!!

I had to go down to the province in a hurry, so I booked the same day late in the afternoon, but it was so comfortable and relaxing. It was a very satisfying short journey. The corridor outside the guest room is also very wide, very cool, very suitable for sightseeing in Busan, so it's good to travel. It's possible to travel without a car! Buses and trains are all close by, Jagalchi Market, Canton Market, and International Market are all available, and it is easy for all children and elderly to walk around. It's a merit accommodation that you can easily go to Yeongdo Huinnyeoul Village when using the bus! Thank you boss :) Be rich~^^

This is the first place I booked when planning a year-end family trip to Busan. Lotte World and Lotte Premium Outlet are nearby, and Busan Science Museum and Yonggungsa Temple are also nearby, so it was very convenient. Since it is an apartment-type accommodation, the space was very spacious, which was good, and I was very satisfied with the items provided. Since we had no choice but to eat outside during the trip, I was even more satisfied because I was able to take care of my coat, which had a lot of food smell, using a styler. It wasn't very open, but I could see the ocean both in the evening and in the morning, and my whole family liked it. This is a very cost-effective accommodation, and if I have another trip to Busan, I'd like to use it again.

The location is convenient. Haeundae is just downstairs and it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway. The room has all the facilities, especially my favorite small kitchen. The landlord's introduction and instructions are also very clear. I highly recommend it.

The journey to the apartment is ok. This area is a new area by Lotte group. This area has premium outlet, mall and themepark. There are new developments ongoing like convention centre hub. The apartment is great for families. All well equipped. The luggage storage is actually near the main entrance on the right, just in case you are looling for it. Due to the communication barrier and this aprtment is managed by Le collective (remotely) they do not have personal to sit at office to service you. The people who are working there belongs to the the developer and mostly they do not know and will ask you to ask Le collective by email or calls.

The sea was right in front, so it was convenient to use, and the sushi center was right in front, so it was good to eat. The accommodation is quiet and tidy.

Accessibility: It is a landmark right behind Busan Station, so it is easy to find and easy to move. Around: First of all, the view and view are good. I used the 45th floor, but it wasn't a location with a lot of sea views, but personally I liked the city view. (The city view is more beautiful at night. ^^;;) However, it is still cluttered because the construction is in full swing around. Facilities: It is a new high-rise building, so it is clean. There is also a styler and safe in the dressing room, and all appliances including air purifiers, washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and ovens are available. There are two living rooms, kitchens, toilets and bedrooms, so it's spacious. Two independent furniture enters and exits through one door. It is generous and convenient for a family of four. Use: Vehicle-If you send your vehicle number by e-mail in advance, you will be registered to enter and exit, so there is no problem coming and going by car. If you only receive the card key from the first floor, it is not difficult to enter and exit the security gate on foot. However, the entrance and exit doors have a separate password, so you have to keep it well. (I received it by email) Walking-There is a passage from the second floor to Busan Station, but it was not easy to find the way at first. You have to ask info and move.
