Great location, nice big room, comfy bed. Very confusing to find /check-in (possibly much easier if you speak Chinese!). I did contact the hotel about the free station pick up that's listed on here, but they weren't able/willing to provide it. I tried to use the swimming pool, but the one I found was empty. I think there is another on the other side, but it's a confusing building and the language barrier made it tricky!

The hotel is inside the twin towers, on a lower floor, but it is relatively quiet with the doors and windows closed, which does not affect sleep. Downstairs is the night market by the river. The overall environment is good, clean and tidy. The only drawback is that there is only airport pick-up service, but no airport drop-off service. It would be better if it were improved.
