"On a family trip, we booked two rooms and were very pleasantly surprised upon check-in; it truly exceeded our expectations. Firstly, the setting is beautiful. The entrance is unassuming, but once you step inside, you're greeted by a charming courtyard-style guesthouse with traditional Chinese decor. It felt very fresh, neat, and comfortable. Secondly, the rooms were peaceful and well-equipped. The service was excellent, and they provided plenty of complimentary purified water, which was perfect for someone who drinks a lot. Thirdly, the hotel boasts an excellent location near the Songhua River, making it very convenient for sightseeing. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, the drainage in the rooms was quite poor. Both the washbasin and the shower drained very slowly, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. Secondly, the guesthouse sign at the entrance was hard to find. It's located in a bustling area, making it difficult for taxi drivers to spot. A more prominent freestanding sign would be a great improvement. Overall, I highly recommend it with a five-star rating."

"First, the airport shuttle service provider said we were only staying one night, so only once. We originally wanted to be close to the airport, but since our flight landed late at 11 PM, we kept contacting the provider after landing, and they still made us wait at the exit for a long time, which was very inconvenient with children. It was already 12 PM when we checked in. After checking in, the environment was okay, and the kang was unique, but the price of 651 was completely off. There were no disposable toilet covers, and they didn't proactively ask us for breakfast. We asked for it, and it was only sticky rice dumplings, porridge, eggs, and pickles. The frozen pears and frozen persimmons mentioned in the set meal were not provided. When we mentioned it, they just said, ”Oh, it's not thawed yet, I'll thaw it for you now.” It felt like they wouldn't give it to us unless we asked, and they didn't prepare it in advance. After breakfast, we asked if we could try the included sledding included in our package. We were told we had to walk to Courtyard No. 7, a long way off, for over 10 minutes, dragging our suitcases. This was incredibly frustrating. We had to go on our own to try it, and when we got there, we weren't even given any information. An old man simply opened the backyard, threw us a tire, and left, leaving us to play in the backyard. We then tried to get a taxi into the city, but after over 10 minutes, our hands were frozen, and no one took our request. We asked if they could drop us off at the bus station or subway station, but they said, ”We're only staying one night, and everyone else is taking a taxi, so how can we pick you up?” Overall, for ¥651 per night, we didn't get any of the services we were looking for. We had to wait for the airport pickup, which would have been better off taking a taxi. We had to ask for any of the included benefits, or they wouldn't be available. The sledding was just for fun in the backyard, and we had to walk there. It was a very unsatisfactory stay. Service: Very dissatisfied"

I didn't expect this store to completely refresh my cognition: Just 5 minutes from the high-speed railway station, you can take the hotel shuttle bus. The waiter took the initiative to carry the luggage to the room. The towels and bath towels are as thick as those provided by high-end SPA clubs. When taking a shower, hot water arrives in three seconds, and the water pressure is so strong that it can massage your shoulders and neck. The electric intelligent heated toilet also has a disposable toilet cover, so there is no odor in the toilet. I was on a business trip to Harbin and I had some documents that needed to be printed. There was no printing shop nearby, so the hotel printed them for me. Because I printed a lot, I insisted on paying, but the hotel said I didn't have to pay. I was embarrassed. If all hotels can provide basic services to this extent, who would be willing to spend a lot of money to stay in a flashy star-rated hotel? With the quality of service and facilities, this hotel will surely have great business in the future."

"The house is very new and the bedding is good. The landlord will answer all questions. The water pressure in the bath on the third floor is a bit small, and other small problems are solved in time. Mainly the location is excellent, very close to the Songhua River, and the Central Street is also very close. It is just a stroll away. However, the location was a bit tricky to find, and the ceilings were lower than expected. "Hotel was walking distance to Harbin Train station (For trip to Yabulixi Satation), as we have luggage, we took Didi ride below RMB10.00 only. Walking distance to Saint Sophia's Church, underground shopping (for last minutes winter wear at cheap price) and central shopping street (there is a nice spring roll restaurant). Staff were helpful, but dislike the service counter and rooms are at second level without lift / elevator, especially with heavy luggage. Using Baidu map and Didi ride, the hotel is at opposite side of the destination."

"The location is near the Flood Control Memorial Tower. It's not tiring to walk to Central Avenue. The house is a renovation of an old house. You need to climb stairs to enter the room. The layout and decoration are quite warm, especially suitable for family travel. There is a 1.8-meter bed in each of the two rooms, and there is a sofa bed in one room. The children love it. It is also very quiet at night. The bedding is clean and tidy. The hostess is very enthusiastic. We forgot to bring our power bank when we left, and she let us know in time. It costs 2 yuan to take bus No. 8 to Harbin Station, 13 yuan to take a taxi, and 5 yuan to take subway Line 3 to Harbin West Station. It is two minutes away from the riverside. Central Avenue, Red Street, Chinese Baroque, Hagia Sophia, etc. are not far away. There are also many places to eat. In short, it would be better if you pay more attention to the details."
