HHeiyueliangxianshengThe hotel has an elevator, so you can avoid taking the stairs with your luggage. The room is clean and spacious, with three bedrooms and two living rooms, complete facilities, and a very comfortable stay. Parking is available downstairs and there are plenty of parking spaces. The housekeeper was also very nice. Changbai Mountain reservations were very tight, and he recommended a tour guide to help us make reservations and buy tickets. Very pleasant stay experience.

GGuest UserThe landlady is very kind, helpful, approachable, enthusiastic and patient. She helped me to arrange all the transportation during my whole journey there at a reasonable price. She replied all my queries promptly and patiently via wechat. If you are a foreign tourist without a local phone number, you can still contact her through WeChat by adding her contact number, which is her wechat contact ID . There are some restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very convenient .
The room is very spacious and bright with well-equipped facilities, and the surrounding environment is quiet, clean, hygienic and tidy. Highly recommended!!

JJuanjuanerThe hotel is located within a residential community, likely consisting of privately-owned units rented out and furnished as hotel apartments. The apartment itself was genuinely spacious, and the decor was very tasteful. Though listed as 90 sq.m., it felt more like 150-160 sq.m. in reality, even with one bedroom and one bathroom locked off. Our family of three booked two units and felt it was a bit wasteful given how large they were. Each unit had a 2.2-meter king-size bed, a large sofa, and a tatami area by the window, offering plenty of places to relax – a family of three would have no trouble staying comfortably. The hot spring pools were on the smaller side and quite crowded. We arrived somewhat late and only managed a brief soak. The hotel requires a 300 RMB security deposit. Check-out was very convenient; we simply left our key card and departed without waiting. If there were no extra charges, the deposit was refunded to the original payment method on the same afternoon. If this arrangement is a concern, please take note.

ННадежда МунThis is a very nice family hotel! Very cozy, comfortable and modern! The hotel lobby is decorated as if you came to visit your friends! Lots of photos of Tianchi Lake, lamps, everything is very reminiscent of a home environment. The staff at the reception are very friendly! The hotel is located near the road in a quiet place. The breakfast is delicious. The bed is soft. I recommend this hotel for parents and children, for friends. I hope to come back here again!

GGuest UserI originally booked a one-bedroom room, but the boss upgraded me to a two-bedroom room. I checked in late because I was out traveling. The hotel contacted me and asked me about my stay. A two-bedroom room with a large bed and two small beds. It is enough for a family of four. In summary, it is worth the money. Really. First of all, I was not charged. The breakfast is standard. It is also rich. Moreover, I personally feel that this boss is a person with taste. All the bath products have a harmonious taste.

1. The famous aunt is really, really enthusiastic! Wherever we wanted to go, whether it was carpooling or fares, we were given the lowest price. From arriving at the station to staying at famous places, Auntie made all the arrangements for us clearly!
2. The heated kang provided for us was very comfortable! If we need anything, Auntie will prepare it for us! The most touching thing was that we brought the dumplings back from the town. We were going rafting at 6:30 the next day, and my aunt got up at around 5 in the morning to fry the dumplings for us! I have never photographed such an attentive boss in all the time I have been traveling. We were really touched! 🥹Auntie is just like my grandma! Instantly feel the warmth of home!
Changbai Mountain is very cold, but having an aunt makes it warmer! We will come again next time! ! A very warm and touching trip💕🥰

GGuest UserIt was an ideal stay. The autumn in Changbai Mountain is so cool that you have to wear long johns at night. I called the boss in advance to ask for advice. The boss reminded me to bring autumn clothes and jackets, otherwise I would have to suffer from the cold if I don’t go to the main peak of Tianchi. It was already evening when we checked in, and the boss was still waiting for us. We were very touched. Due to the off-season, there were not many people, but the boss still served us enthusiastically. The mountain climbing went smoothly the next day. The weather was very good, and we could go up the mountain as soon as possible. It’s convenient. When you come back, you can get off at the forest farm and go back to the ticket gate to verify it and you can get 25 meters back. In the evening, we asked the boss to book hot spring tickets. It was very helpful. The boss can give you a discount when booking. It’s expensive to go out. Save money, save money, the boss is also very attentive and considerate. In short, it is very convenient to go up the mountain and soak in the hot springs.

LLi-Fang YeoThe room was comfortable and no noise disturbance at all. It was snowing but we were nicely warm in the room. A lot of good restaurants all within walking distance. The landlady is an absolute gem. She helped us arrange transport when we wanted to travel further out, picked us up for free for the nearby attractions, gave us recommendations when we didn't know what to do as the TianChi was closed.

ZZibei661The sanitation is super clean and warm, the price-performance ratio is very high, the boss and his wife are very enthusiastic, and boss Chen even drove us a distance for free to Genting Palace, which is quite a long way to walk. 😅With Boss Chen's carpooling and ticket pick-up (the boss drives himself and is very patient), the Demon World rafting is cheaper than online😝. He speaks very politely👍. I wish Boss Chen a prosperous business and lots of money. If I have the chance to stay here again, I will recommend it to my friends.
