The Caboose (lower level) was just the Perfect size. We loved the gas wood stove being by the bed. The bed was so comfortable and we liked that the bed was in a little outcove. The cabin was very cozy and I loved the heater in the bathroom. We were We certainly will be back. Thanks Evelyn

Excellent view close to town with an excellent host that is very accommodating. Outside barbeque grill provided so easy to make a lunch or dinner during your stay as an alternative to going out to eat for all your meals. Mini kitchen inside well stocked which worked out great in preparing breakfast without the need to getting dressed up to go somewhere.

This is our favorite place to stay in Homer. We’ve been to this property several times, both alone as a couple as well as with visiting family. Each time we stayed in a different cabin and they all have incredible views. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen to make breakfast as well as dinner a few nights when we didn’t feel like dealing with the restaurant hassle in town. The kids loved to just look out the window and try to spot wildlife. They’ve added a hot tub to the property recently and we got to sit in that one night and look up at the northern lights. The owner’s always running around the property if you have questions or need help with anything. Super convenient location off the main road into town and close to a couple great hiking

Amazing property with panoramic views, quiet property close to all local activities within Home Spit. Rustic cabin makes you feel part of the frontier wilderness of Alaska. Host Evelyn very gracious and checked in through our stay to see if we needed anything.

The cabin is way overpriced and needs to be updated badly! We weren’t pleased with the cost and what was included. This place needs to be remodeled and supplied with good shampoo and soap and not samples. It only came with 2 towels and samples of soap.

This place is simply awesome. Very comfortable, very unique and the view, the view is world class. The owners are so easy to work with and accommodating. Also the location was ideal. Very close to everything. When in Homer again we will definitely stay here.

What a beautiful cabin! What a beautiful view! This is a great choice for a place to stay in Homer. Excellent location! The cabins are close enough to be anywhere in minutes and far enough to enjoy a little tranquility. Check in and out was contactless and simple. I want to stay in the train car cabin next time!

My family of four recently rented the entire Moose Caboose and had the best time! The views are amazing, the location is close to everything, and the amenities are perfect. Definitely recommend for people visiting Homer and hope we will return one day!

Our cabin was wonderful. The view was awesome. Our family from the lower 48 were in awe of Alaska. Perfect place to stay in Homer. Easy access off the highway. Super close to downtown Homer, and the spit. Right up above Katchimak Bay. Easy walk down to the bay.
