Premier Inn Holyhead

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff . The hotel was clean and well managed. Breakfasts should all be standard at premier inn but they are not ! This breakfast was as good as any we have experienced at premier inn. Well done to the staff. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel .

We stay at this hotel regularly, and we are never disappointed. The staff are the friendliest we've experienced anywhere. The hotel is always clean and well presented. We stay because we love the local area, but it is perfectly located for the port and railway station. Easy to find, just one minute off the A55.

Ben and Rhiannon were on duty when we arrived and provided us with a warm welcome. They both cheerfully went about their jobs very efficiently. The breakfast staff the next morning were friendly and keen to assist. We took up the meal deal for the evening and breakfast, which, along with the budget price for the double room, was good value. Our room was clean. Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice, but it was not very hot. Overall, a more than satisfactory budget experience. We will stay again.

Our stay was lovely. A personal thank you to Ben Stone who helped me with our stay when nobody else would. Your patience & helpfulness was truly awesome. I am forever grateful. Overall a great stay & will definitely look to stay again in the future.

One of the warmest staff teams I have had the pleasure to come across (and I’ve visited hundreds of hotels), always smiling and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made you feel like lifelong friends rather than just paying guests. Room was immaculately clean, bed was GINORMOUS, there was no noise whatsoever from other guests and the bathroom, as we’d requested an accessible room, had a nice lowered bath side to allow easy access. Not the most picturesque looking hotel from the exterior I accept but don’t be put off as the warmth experienced inside more than makes up for any aesthetics!!!
