Booked so my granddaughter who is 4 could go swimming. Pool was being repaired, nothing stating this when I booked

Room was clean and very nice. Staff was accommodating. The property was being remodeled. Pool needs some attention as the bottom was chipped and cracked

We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, but parking is challenging especially in the parking garage.

Hotel cancelled my stay for no reason. Took forever to get it straightened out. One worker that was overwhelmed and took an hour and a half to check in.

Prepaid for breakfast but did not get a chance to eat . Buffet was not available and they were out of a lot of food options . Food was greasy and egg's burnt. Will not come back .

Excellent staff. The restaurant did was medics at best and quite pricey. The toilet paper dissident in the room was so far away that it was almost unreachable.
