Apartment 1 is located on the lower level, with a private patio in the back, and the ability to walk straight out to the heated swimming pool. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Parking included.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.
There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. We enjoyed our stay.Anne answers all our question with quick response. Place was clean.Pool area was wonderful with many lounge chairs and great pool.Great location right on Holmes beach.Great location for groceries and bus stop to all restaurants. Relaxing
We had the best time at AMI and the condo was literally right next to the water. I actually met Anne and she was the sweetest host. I would definitely stay there again

Excellent Location

On the beach
The plunge pool and barbecue area were perfect for the relaxation we dreamed of. Parking was convenient. The location was the best. We plan to ask to come back next year

Not as expected
Arrived at 3am to find it hadn’t been cleaned from the last person no sheets and towels all used. Pullout sofa was awful. I asked about hurricane damage and was told the condo was fine. Not so we were disturbed several times five on going repairs. Then the dryer didn’t work. B. Had cheap plastic lounges by the pool they call this a villa. The furniture was old and broken down
