Villa-style condo with pool and beach access - Condo 8

Needs some tlc. Location was great. Near beach, central location on island ,great casual restaraunt and bar nearby on beach. The place could use some tlc. Sofas didn’t feel clean, the back closet was really dirty so didn’t hang anything in there. Need to get your own chairs and umbrella there’s were rusted and broken we bought new ones and left them there but doubt they are still there . Faucet in tub looked like it had grease? On it. Do NOT count on trolley system not ever on schedule usually every 45 minute and u don’t know when it left !! Rent a car. or golf cart on the island

We love AMI We knew that the property was still getting repaired from the hurricanes and that many restaurants still weren't open but we were happy to visit and spend a few bucks to help local businesses. The apartment we stayed in didn't have any damage and was great as usual. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Beach Getaway! What a great place for a beach getaway. We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and experiencing the laid back (but congested roads) AMI experience. Everything went very smoothly checking in and checking out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach side holiday!

Clean with steps from the beach I have mostly positives to stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and there is a free laundry in the back of the building for residents and guests. Nonetheless, I had read the reviews of others before reserving, and thought that the comments from 2022 stating that the furniture needed a little upgrading might have inspired anticipated changes. It still needs some small changes. The bed is lumpy, and the armchair in the living room is not comfortable and sinks. Although steps away from the beach, you will find yourself next to a barbecue area where some beachgoers play music too loud and smoke or honk their horns. They don't stay forever, fortunately, and the beach is beautiful with plenty of room to escape others. We did not need a car, and we could walk to a Publix grocery within 5 minutes. Nearby restaurants include Mango Fish and Chips run by a New Zealander and Australian, a German place for schnitzel, and a French crêperie. Everything thing is great with this condo, especially for the price and location. Again, it requires some upgrades, but other than that quite good.
