Loved the hotel, I was a little skeptical about the Hollywood Blvd location but everything was great. I didn't like having to leave a $100 deposit, a credit card scan should be enough. Luckily I have the money to cover it, but what if I didn't. This is something that should be disclosed when the reservation is made.

Property is okay arriving late coming off a flight in Fort Lauderdale. Nothing special just a place to sleep. What I really enjoyed was a little coffee shop a few blocks away. I believe it’s called Modern Rose. Great coffee and amazing food. Prefect way to start the day.

The room was clean and the hotel was very nice. I wish they had provided wash cloths with the towels.

It was an okay stay for two nights. Check in was a little bit of a wait but with one night clerk on duty that it would be expected. The end has obviously been newly renovated and they've done a good job. The room bedding etc. Was all clean.

Tried to check in early.. (that’s when I landed) it was around 1pm. I was told the room is ready but I can’t check in till 3pm
Unless I pay a $35 early check in fee.
So I waited…. Eventually coming back around 3:30/4 they stored my bags behind the glass. When I came back to check in I asked if he could grab my bags and was told no…. Only after I check in.
Wait what? Holding my things ransom was the feeling I perceived..So I tried checking in and was told once again my room wasn’t ready.
He eventually gave me a room…anfter noting I’ve been waiting hours….odd thing was he asked for an additional charge not associated with the main bill… called it a guest fee. 6 dollars or something he ran separately.
Then ran my card for $100 incidental fee for the one night. Mind you this is a run down roadside motel. The Hilton keeps $50 a night .. for reference.
Overall this place feels scummy…we are just a dollar bill to them. And it’s quite apparent.

We arrived early but couldn’t check in until 3 or pay $50. This is very unique for hotels. Usually if a room is available you are able to check in at no cost. But often you do have to wait.

Elevator is not working, and things kept in front of on stairs also things kept it wasn't dirty but unkept.
