The unit was not stocked very well. Had a dishwasher but no product to run it. Coffee pot did not work. The safe in the room did not work.

Very nice place. Our room was with a view but they had large slats hiding our view and our view was looking at neighbors in the next building. I’d say next to no view. Just seemed pricey for what we got. Everything is a fee. We stay at nice places often but this one wasn’t as nice but just about the same price.

Excellent hotel. Has a European flavor, in a good way. The rooftop pool, sundeck and restaurant are absolutely wonderful. A great place to stay.

The property was awesome and the colleagues on site were good to us. Offsite/reservations were less than helpful. I’d recommend this hotel; however DO NOT make a mistake booking EVER. They will not understand and nor will *******. I contacted ******* and the site immediately after booking the wrong day and asked to change the booking. In good faith, I booked the correct day and paid for TWO hotels stays!!! $800 later I have one unusable stay they refuse to fix. Your property is awesome, ******* and reservations are absolutely unforgiving.

Wonderful service and amenities. This hotel location is perfect for any dining and beach activities and also makes it easy for travelers regarding luggage storage, receiving packages, transportation, etc.

Really spacious and comfortable suites. Excellent rooftop with heated pool, jacuzzi, bar and plenty of seats/loungers. Fantastic gelateria on the ground floor. Staff service was a little abrupt, including an extended wait for bell person to retrieve luggage from storage.

Great location, large spacious rooms. Only issue is $40 nite parking plus $39 /day resort fee plus $500 hold on credit card. Not keen on surprises like this

Beautiful room - large, lots of storage, huge kitchen, quartz countertops, great pool area with lots of available lounge chairs. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at.
