The overall stay was ok. The lady at the lobby was super welcoming and helpful. The guy at the towel pick up was not as helpful he always seemed upset. Couldn’t ask him a question. (The guy with the braids) the other two were nicer and was able to ask more questions regarding their policy. The room was amazing, super spacious and comfortable. There is only one washer and dryer so there will be a wait but gets it done. Everything was near and convenient the beach is a block away. valet is was always super helpful as well.

We had a great stay here. Rooftop area was amazing with great sunsets. Room had everything we needed, beds so comfy. Hotel in perfect location, so many things in walking distance. Definitely will be back!

We LOVED the hotel!! It was very safe, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We had the king studio suite, lots of room for 4. The roof top pool was the icing on the top for our vacation!! We'll be back!!

Just came home from a stay there with kids, wonderful resort for them, lots to do, felt safe and proximity to the beach was awesome. Having beach chairs available was great, friendly staff down at the beach to help you find the perfect spot. Would come back here with the family again for sure!

The room and space provided was spacious and clean. There were little challenges though. The cable did not work in one room. Our waterview and balcony room was at the front corner of the building on a low floor so it was noisy; too noisy to enjoy the balcony or the bedroom with the view of the intercoastal. I did not expect this with the extra cost associated with this room. We arrived early and were told they would call when the room was ready; staff never called. There was also no guide to hours and services, which would have been helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were nice but no one cleaned things up so there were lots of cups and empty plates around. The location was good and I enjoyed having a kitchen. There were just some odd things like not having towels available on the beach. When I checked out I also never received a copy of the bill; I hope the extra $400 we had charged for incidentals was taken off. Just some disorganization and noise that I had not counted on.

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and excellent restaurants. However, I was disappointed in the condition of the room. A door handle malfunctioned on our first day, the air conditioning didn't work properly, the freezer had to be de-iced while we were there. The noise from the street at times was annoying.

Shower doors were glas and didn't close flush, but overlapping. Made a call to let front desk know it was dangerous but never did they close it correctly, or informed me.
