Costa Hollywood Beach Resort - An All Suite Hotel

Great location near the boardwalk! Lots of great places to eat and close to the beach with chair rental included but umbrellas are available for extra cost. We rode their bikes along the boardwalk for the free hour which was a perfect amount of time to see further than we'd walk. The staff was very helpful and we had great service with a smile! Our bed was quite soft and comfortable except it was starting to wear a bit. The edge was breaking down, so it felt like I was going to fall out sometimes. It wasnt the most restful stay for me combined with the sounds of the hvac system turning on and off since it sounded like someone at the door each time. But, my husband slept through it. The pool and roof deck are both impressive! I was pleasantly surprised at how expansive the area was and the beautiful views from there too. I'd highly recommend going early to get a lounger or go later in the afternoon. We found plenty of seating after a day at the beach around 3-4pm. We also lucked out and enjoyed their happy hour selections for an appetizer before getting ready for dinner. You do have to schedule housekeeping 24 hours in advance. But, we only needed extra hand towels and washcloths which were promptly delivered to our room. My only observation with the cleaning that was subpar would be the elevator mats. We were in the south building off the main lobby and the mats always had spills and looked dirty all the time.

Perfect location! Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops all right outside your door. Beautiful and spacious condos. Rooftop pool was great. Can’t wait to go back!

Where this hotel is on the board walk is great. It is somewhat cental and far enough away fron the busiest area which is near margaritaville. The room was nice and clean but iurs was missing a coffee maker. Not a huge deal for us since we walked down to board walk and were able to get one there. For me the bed was a little soft. But that is just a prefence. My wife was a fan. We spent a good amount of time by the pool and at the pool bar. The staff is great and the vibes are good. We did not take full advantages of the beach chairs or bike rentals so i can not speak on that. Overall a great hotel on the beach.

Place is gorgeous, but lacked cleanness in the pool area and bathrooms. Bartenders and servers need better customer service

It would be nice to have a map of where everything is. Restaurants, the towels, and beach chair location. Maybe some vouchers for coffee next door. You pay a lot for these vacations, i dont think a free coffee is too much to ask.

Amazing location. Super nice property. The pool and rooftop lounge area are so nice. Loved the beach area and the room was so spacious with huge ceilings and a really nice kitchen I wasn't expecting. We loved our time there.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Beach access is less than a couple minutes walking. There’s are so many options for dining. The hotel is in a great area. Definitely recommend.

This hotel seemed very clean and the rooms were in general nice. I booked a 2 room with 2 king beds and did not got a semi 2 room with a king and a queen. The hotel was unwilling to rectify the situation in any way and the manager was quite abrasive. She did call me back quickly from a training she was attending, I can only hope it was focused on providing better customer service. There is a key detail you should know about the 2 room configuration that is not spelled out, one is a normal room and one is basically a nook off the kitchen with only a curtain and no privacy. This is not indicated on their website. We also found bed bugs in one of the beds and took to the office in a plastic bag. we were further inconvenienced while they brought someone in to inspect and then re-change the bedding. Luckily they did not find a big issue in our room as the hotel was fully booked and the only option would have been to move the three of us to a room with a single room/bed??? It is clear that there are bed bugs in this hotel. Do a search on-line and this issue is immediately evident, however; the unprofessional management refuses to acknowledge this even when handed a bed pug that we collected from one of the beds. The location is great but if you have an issue, don't expect a satisfactory resolution from the hotel staff. I really wanted to like this hotel but was disappointed.

Costa was a great fit for our stay. The staff quickly brought up whatever we needed. The kitchen accommodated us well. Quick walk to the beach with complimentary chairs. Plenty of food options within walking distance.
