We were visiting family and they booked this room for us. I was not happy with their choice. We stopped by for a quick get ready before meeting family and noticed that although it was non smoking it reeked of cigarettes. On top of the cigarette smell it was very very musty. We were there on a day that it was 78 degrees outside and the ac was not on, so it was very hot in there, which didn’t help the musty smell. We were looking for a pad and pen (which most hotels have) and opened a drawer and found used ear plugs instead of the paper. Yuck. So we left and met family, returning around 11 for the night. Upon return, the stench of ********* was overwhelming. If you don’t smoke pot, you certainly don’t want to smell it when you are away for a night....especially ALL NIGHT LONG. It was so bad I couldn’t even sleep. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but it still sucked. The walls were paper thin so I could hear everything going on in the next room. We finally got out of bed at 630am and left for home. It was inexpensive ($97), but I would gladly pay a little more for quiet and clean. And no amenities at all. No “extras” To make your stay special. Nothing. I didn’t see and was not told about the breakfast. Not sure if that’s still a thing. Definitely won’t be returning and will definitely not let anyone else make my stay plans again!
