The hotel's location was conveniently situated. However, there were some issues with the front desk staff's behavior. Despite checking in alone with one adult, they insisted on photocopying both of our licenses/identifications. Even though the room was booked under my name, they still required both of our IDs. They proceeded to make photocopies and retained the printed copies, mentioning that they would keep them on file for seven years. This policy raises some concerns regarding privacy and security.

I loved this hotel!!! The location was great, the price was right, the room was clean and comfortable and it was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Would for sure stay here again!

Dont stay here, the building and area look nice on outside, rooms not so much nothing like the filtered pictures, so glad i on only stayed one night 6/14-6/15 the walls are dirty has you wondering what is all the drip stains that rolled down the walls, and the floors all around the baseboards need cleaned. Not a good job mopping. You can tell it was a quick turn around of room, the beds sit on high metal cots with the whole floor exposed, sheets are worn looking and thin, pillows are also thin. Has a old dorm room feel, Towels were clean but no way i even wanted to walk bare foot in the room. Never will stay there again.

Dirty and the desk lady Mel likes to mess with all the guests. And dates them manger was taken videos of his employee allen dancing around with a sheet over head as a clan member... not coool¡!!!!!°°° whole staff lives and are everywhere out and about being rude and loud

We were in Michigan for a National Bowling tournament for my son in July. We stayed for 8 nights. From the time they booked my reservation (in April) to the time we checked out - they were nothing but professional, friendly & helpful. My Dad was in a wheel chair at the time and they would RUN from behind the counter to help us hold open the doors & elevator. Whether we needed change for laundry, extra blankets or anything else - they were prompt & courteous. Will definitely recommend this place. It may not be the fanciest hotel but I will trade FANCY for GREAT SERVICE anytime!!!

This place has horrible staff…. Never had anyone working for the night shift…. We were kicked out for no reason and when asked why we were getting kicked out they made up a story and wouldn’t give proof…. Then was charged 100$ for used towels…. Don’t waste money here this place is not nice -5

DO NOT STAY HERE!..room was dirty, kitchen was dirty, walked right back out, and checked out, and they would not refund for the entire 5 days that I had reserved, $500.00 gone. The pictures looked great etc, but once I arrived at the location, it was night and day.

We stayed here on our travels across the US. The units are advertised as self catering units so we booked them because we prefer to do just that. It appeared the units had been recently renovated and they appeared light, bright and clean. Reception was friendly and very helpful. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator and stove so we thought self catering was on. Unfortunately, that was all. It's pretty hard to self cater with no kettle, pots, pans, cutlery or crockery. You could buy pans and cutlery at a fairly inflated price. False advertising was obvious. Maybe in time they will provide the essentials but for us it was very disappointing.
