Terrible experience, they left us standing at the gate with all our suitcases, they had had an electrical problem two days before. It's incredible 2 in the afternoon with a 4 month old baby, and no attempt to help, 1 hour and a half at the gate or a glass of water. The beach is not in front, but 100 meters away. They do not have any infrastructure on the beach, no lounge chairs, no towels, no palapas. If you go, prepare 600 pesos a day per person to go to a beach club so you can go to the beach.
