Well located but very noisy at night due to the quad bikes passing by on the street next door. With the exception of the noise, it is a good option in the central region! If you are booking it, bring an ear plug to reduce the noise at bedtime.

We decided to stay here because of the pool. It ended up being totally cloudy every day and no way I’m swimming in something I can’t see the bottom. The rooms are very rustic. I don’t know how you can clean them when it’s all wooden walls and cement floors and just, not great the beds were hard. The linens were fine and the towels were thin but fine I would think this is a step up from a hostel, but they are charging hotel prices. The staff was very nice and the cleaning staff as well.

Stayed here as part of a group tour with trutravels and couldn't recommend enough! The staff are so nice and friendly here. The hotel is right beside the only atm in holbox which is great! The pool is gorgeous. The cabins are cosy and secure. The Aircon is very good which is a must in Holbox! Beds very comfortable and made every day. Would definitely return here!

The hotel is located on the main road at walking distance from the ferry. The downsite of being so central is a lot of traffic / music noise all day and most of the night. There are no cars on the island but the quads and motorbikes are very loud. The beds are very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is very basic. The room has a safe, a fridge and AC. There are no mosquito nets so be prepared to be eaten alive by the many, many mosquitos as soon as the sun goes down :-/ If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay on Holbox, this is not the place to be! The staff was very rude. Their credit card terminal was not working (or so they said) and they obliged us to pay everything in cash. When we told them that we couldn't go over the cash withdrawal limit of our credit card, the receptionist just laughed in our face and told us that it was not his problem and that if we wanted to cancel any nights (due to the cash problem), we would have to pay a huge cancellation fee. We contacted *********** and they cancelled our nights free of charge but the experience was not very nice. This was our most expensive hotel in Mexico but by far the most awful hotel we stayed in

We booked for 2 nights and I am not sure in between "average" or "very good" stay. Our first night was a nightmare and any person booking there should know: they are cabanas, meaning that yes, it looks cute, but they are really not soundproof. We were on the left side when you enter in the patio, and on the floor level. The people in the room above us were very loud (3 guys, speaking loud, moving furniture or seems so). But worst part was the little private fiesta some guests had until 04:00am (singing, yelling). The next day we mentioned it to the reception and they seemed surprised, reassuring that they have a night guard. There is no way they had one that night. Depending on which side you are located, you might also be close to the road, with some traffic depending on the time of the night... Apart of that, we loved: - the location: you do not need a taxi from the ferry place and everything is so close, including the main ATM on the island! - the cleanliness: the place was very clean, so was the pool. - Bedding: very comfy beds - the towels: fresh towels provided (bath and pool towels), smelling good and in perfect condition. It is fine for 2 nights, but if you are looking for a place to rest and enjoy the calm, do not stay there.

Accommodation located 5 minutes walk from the port and 10 minutes from the beach. The rooms are very rustic with wooden walls which do not guarantee thermal/sound insulation; presence of air conditioning. In the bathroom the tap could not be opened because it was "stuck" in the wooden wall. I didn't try the pool as it was dirty. No breakfast. Reception staff only speaks Spanish and although presence is indicated from 7am to 11pm, presence is partial.

The person at the reception who calls himself expensive is extremely rude, we confirmed that we have confirmation from the hotel and upon arrival they told us that it was not possible since they had the error and even if they left us on the street

Disastrous experience. Noise, fights at the pool, very unpleasant reception staff. The last morning, due to forgetfulness, my fault, I left a small turquoise blue Turkish wallet on the bed to undo it with money inside. When I realized it, I went to the room just at the time that the lady was cleaning the room. I waited outside. She hadn't found anything, but I never got anything back. Reception staff saying nothing had been found. Absolute stupid deal. And who knows, maybe they were half-hearted. BE CAREFUL IF YOU STAY HERE!!!! NEVER MORE.

Very well located, on the main street of the island, just the one you continue to descend from the ferry, halfway between the center and the pier, next to the only bank on the island CI Banco and a few steps from the largest store . The hotel has cabins built of wood, on two floors, beautiful, beautiful to look at, very in line with the spirit of the island, it has a very good pool in the center of the cabins and very tidy and clean. The cabins have everything although in little space, they have a balcony with furniture to spend pleasant moments taking in the climate of the place, the linen on the beds and the beds themselves, very good, with very good taste, in general I liked them, but seeing them made me It generated more enthusiasm than inhabiting them, I repeat, in very little space. Everything in the hotel is spotless, clean. I recommend them, average price. I suggest that the hotel improve the entrance point to the hotel, giving it more views.
