The hotel is beautiful and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is PERFECT. It is completely beach front so no main street intercepts the hotel with the beach. Rooms are clean. Service/attention could be a little better and food options are a little limited but overall i strongly recommend!!

This was the most beautiful, relaxing vacation I have ever taken! The rooms look just like the pictures. The decor is gorgeous and the entire location is well taken care of and a short walk from town. The breakfast, dinners, and drinks were all amazing. Thank you to all the wait staff and the wonderful front desk associates. They booked our excursions for us and our transport to and from the Cancun airport and it was seamless. I would 100% recommend this location to others.

The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent service and food at all its restaurants. But MOST notably different is the sheer *kindness* of all the staff! Everyone is warm and smiley! They check on us periodically to make sure all is well. If we left a dish uneaten, they make sure we weren’t unhappy with it. In terms of interpersonal communication and interactions, exquisite service. Does not get better than this.

Lovely hotel with fabulous food. Very well manicured landscape and beautiful fire pit in the evenings. The beach loungers and ocean access is ideal. Many close beach bars and activities in walking distance. Great communication via WhatsApp.

Cannot express the gratitude. Javi, Flor and their manager were absolutely brilliant. Fernando in reservations was spot on. Food, drink but above all atmosphere of NAMASTE 🙏 was well received. It took us two days to decompress from our lifestyle. To top it off due to inclimate weather the ferries were suspended. So we had to stay an extra night . WoW we were so spoiled. Would I recommend staying here. No way cuz rates will rise 😂

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience at Casa Las Tortugas in Holbox. Flor and everyone at the hotel are so accommodating and really make the experience feel special and unique. One of the best vacations ever- so relaxing, gorgeous, cool, clean hotel. Main indoor/outdoor restaurant is beautiful- staff so lovely, beach access incredible felt very safe. 10/10 would recommend for a honeymoon, girls trip, couples trip.

The staff and this beautiful property was the perfect setting for our anniversary trip
Bit a single thing could have made it better
We are booking again in January it was a total relaxing, amazing trip. The food at the restaurant was really good it was close to other food options. Easy to walk to everything. The entire island was welcoming. Taking to planes, a 2 hr private car service, a ferry and a jeep taxi to the hotel was easy and very worth it!
