Me hospedé una noche en el hotel Hau Holbox. La ubicación es muy bella pero desafortunadamente el servicio es sumamente malo. Cuando pedí una toalla para estar en la playa me dijeron que no tenían toallas limpias y que usara la que me dieron ayer (la cual obviamente fue usada y estaba sucia). Hubiera esperado una mejor atención de un hotel con frente de playa.

Le restaurant est à éviter absolument c est du vol … une arnaque totale … 2 sushis minuscules à 177 pesos soit plus de 10 dollars … une pure escroquerie J ai pourtant appelé le serveur pour lui demander où étaient les autres pièces mais il m a dit que c était la politique de la maison Fuyez !

Hicimos reserva solo por una noche, la atención y servicio del personal fue increíble. Llegamos sobre la 1:30pm y nos indicaron que nuestra habitación estaría hasta las 3:00pm, pero pudimos hacer uso de las facilidades del hotel. Las vistas desde cualquier lugar son increíble, el mobiliario de áreas comunes y de habitación son increíbles, tienen un estilo muy bonito, leí que lo abrieron hace un año, por lo que todo está cuidado. Tiene una piscina, un rooftop, y el área de playa con suficiente hamacas y costales para pasar el día ahí. La comida estuvo deliciosa y las bebidas muy ricas también. Al siguiente día por la mañana tomamos el desayuno del lugar y en porción y calidad estuvo muy bien, solo fue un poco lento, nos tocó esperar cerca de quince minutos para tener mesa, mientras desayunas lo haces al aire libre y ves el mar todo el tiempo. La cama fue muy cómoda, el aire enfriaba súper bien. Al siguiente día hicimos check out a las 12 pero pudimos ehuir utilizando camastros y balinesas hasta las 5:00pm que nos tuvimos que ir, tuvieron la atención de prestarnos una habitación para bañarnos. Calidad vs servio e instalaciones 10/10
