Disappointing, box-spring bed with broken foot, access to the room with mud, there was no mat at the entrance to the room to clean the feet, TV and air controls with weak batteries or poor contact, door difficult to open/close without the risk of breaking the key , shower with water accumulating on the opposite side of the drain, leaving the shower flooded, cafe environment with just one table protected from the wind/cold, walls with a lot of mold, tap protectors and shower valve coming loose.

Very small room, walls and doors with cracks. Very simple bed and bath linen. It looks like a container. Air conditioning in front of the bed, which was annoying. The place is cute, but the photos don't match the apar**ent.

Very comfortable room, mattress and pillows were ok.
The rooms had drywall, making it possible to hear the neighboring room. And the balcony at the back of the room is completely open to the neighbors, which made us uncomfortable keeping the window open to enjoy the view of the countryside, they could have been individualized with a hedge.

O local é bonito e agradável, no entanto, o hotel deveria avisar que os quartos standart, que diga-se de passagem são a maioria dos quartos, não tem janelas. Nos sentimos enclausurados pela falta de ventilação e iluminação..

Diárias de 22 hrs.
Se o movimento é pequeno, como quando lá estive, a liberação antecipada se faz interessante.
Cheguei às 13 hrs e não foi permitida minha entrada.
Consta as normas na aquisição da compra, entendo…, mas se o movimento é pequeno, o agradar faz parte do negócio.

O hotel nao vale 1/3 do que cobra Velho, bastante descuidado e sujo Lençóis manchados e rasgados, travesseiros desmilinguidos ou com plástico dentro, toalhas encardidas Atendimento bem ruim, recepção confusa e desorganizada!! Os quartos do meio não tem janela e são minúsculos!! Parecem um cativeiro!! Bem ruim!! No site ou app de reservas não ha uma foto desse quarto! Alias, as fotos nada refletem a situacao atual do hotel!!! Nos ainda fomos “agraciadas” com morcegos “dividindo” o quarto conosco! Um horror!! Não recomendo!!!
