"I was able to spend very comfortable with a quaint pension!
Arrived at the nearest station late at night and headed for the pension on foot, but I was very scared because there was no street light. Please go before the sun goes down. The room was very clean and well cleaned, which was impressive. And a wonderful breakfast! It was a kind husband and wife, a treat.
There are towels, dryers, large baths, Wi-Fi,
There is no convenience store or vending machine nearby, so preparation is necessary."
"The facilities were new and clean and the children were happy. The fixtures were also color 々. The dining room had the smell of Yakiniku from the one we used before, but the dining room and living room were partitioned so I could spend it without worrying so much.
The bed was large, the air conditioner was comfortable and I rested slowly. It was also interesting to be able to try products that are not in my house.
I would like to use it again."
"I always use it for the Yatsugatake Endurance Tournament held at the next Equestrian Stadium. It's helpful because you can walk early in the morning.
It is a pension with a cat. ❗ irresistible for cat lovers."

"This hotel is an ideal choice for a perfect trip! It combines accommodation, hot springs, food, and entertainment, and is very cost-effective. The accommodation fee includes a rich buffet breakfast and dinner, which are rich in variety and high in quality. Starting at 3 pm, the lobby also provides various wines, beers, and snacks for free, which is really thoughtful!
The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off service from the station, which is very convenient. There is also a tour bus passing by the door, and a single ride is 600 yen. It is recommended to buy a one-day ticket for 1,200 yen, which can be used unlimited times, which is great value!
The hot springs in the hotel are clean and comfortable, and the indoor recreational facilities are also very suitable for families with children. No wonder many families choose this place as a parent-child travel destination.
From service to facilities, every detail can feel the hotel's care. Highly recommended to all friends who come here for a trip!"
"One mistake ruined a fun family trip. The hotel service and staff are excellent. I think I was able to stay comfortably.
However, as a result of the lack of confirmation of food allergies that I requested twice in advance, my daughter suddenly changed her physical condition after the appetizer for dinner.
Transported to Yamanashi prefectural Central Hospital by ambulance.
I was able to return to the hotel during the day, but the bath was prohibited and breakfast was not available the next morning, and the hotel stay was coma.
I couldn't get dinner and breakfast, so I received a refund request, but why did I come to the resort and be carried by ambulance, and instead of refreshing, I got tired. I don't understand that the accommodation fee is taken exactly. Half of the stay time is an ambulance.
The energy and physical strength were cut off, and the schedule was changed the next day, and it came home early.
I want the hotel to understand that one confirmation leak has ruined my family's summer vacation."
"I was satisfied almost the same as the hotel
You can have breakfast and prepare it on the terrace.
I felt very good from the morning.
I would like to stay again
Because it is a neighborhood of a Japanese restaurant called Hideyoshi, dinner is also available
It's a very good inn without any problems."

Outstanding
GGuest UserCosy farmhouse with 2 bedrooms (1 with 2x single beds and 1 with 1x double bed + 1x single bed). Location is like a countryside so you definitely need a car to get by.
Downside is there's only 1 toilet and bathroom (separate) so it can get inconvenient sometimes as we are a group of 4 adults + 1 toddler.
The property owner is fairly responsive but only after we email or WhatsApp them directly as trip.com message function will bring to you trip.com's chatbot which made it very annoying especially during emergency situations.
Also, there's a cool outdoor onsen but the outdoor was too cold for us to use it 😂
GGuest UserA beautiful quaint guesthouse with a goat pet. Ben san and Kaori san were great host. I had dinner at the guest house which was beautifully presented. It was a 5 course italian theme meal with coffee. Thr gurst house is a littlr further from train station but pick up can be arranged. There were many restaurants within walking distance from the guest house. Several Walking and hiking trails are doable from guesthouse. The walls were not totally soundproof, but no issue in japan. My room had a sun roof which was great but it also woke me up with the sun light shinning through early morning. May not be a bad thing as it helped tp start the day early.
GGuest UserThe export couple is very warm and welcoming, the wife's cooking is very good, the taste is also good, the air scenery in the clear is super super super, completely relaxing place, I hope to go back to vacation often.
GGuest UserHe told me that a wild pheasant came to the forest next to the hotel and explained carefully to the shops around him. The child was very happy to see the pheasant.
There were many restaurants around, and I was able to drink wine and enjoy it very much.
