約時に事前情報を細かく確認せず予約してしまい、大失敗しました。 残念な点① オーナーのホスピタリティ精神の無さ 制約が多いこともそうですが、オーナーの笑顔の少なさ、心遣いのなさで楽しく宿泊というより、修行のような印象。小さな子供を抱えながら土足エリアに出る時に、一度床に足をついて靴を履いたら、土足エリアは靴を履かずに歩かないよう注意をされました。そう思うなら靴を近くに寄せてくれば良いのでは？とても不快です。 残念な点② オーナーの態度が横柄 宿のルールを説明されましたが、終始高圧的な態度で、ひとつひとつのルール説明後にこちらが黙っていると、「大丈夫ですか？」「何かありますか？」とこちらが文句でもあるかのような質問の仕方。 残念な点③ 監視されているかのような瞬間がある チェックインの際に家族全員の検温とアルコール消毒を求められたが、全員が消毒するのを監視するかのようにじーっと見ていました。さらに子供が(2歳)食事エリアの動物の人形に乗りたいと言い出したので、オーナーに乗って良いか確認したところ、背中の真ん中に乗るようにとのこと。大人が1人補助について子供を乗せる一部始終を監視。他にも色々な場面でじっーと見られることがありとても居心地が悪かったです。 残念な点④ ルールが厳しすぎる •飲食物の持ち込み一切禁止 (私の時は水さえ持ち込み禁止で飲みたければ水道水(井戸水)を飲んでくださいとのこと。) •お風呂場はあるが、タオルがない (今流行りのサスティナブルらしいですが、タオルを持っていない人はコンビニで買ってくださいだそうです。結果サスティナブルになっていないのでは、、？) •お風呂使用可能な時間が予約制な上短い (１家族45分) •施設内は音がよく響くらしく、小さい子供には厳しい状況(いっそのこと未就学児不可にしてくれればいいのに、、) チェックインの際に不快な点が多すぎたため、宿泊しませんでしたが、こんなに歓迎されない宿泊施設は初めてです。
