I simply disappointed the hotel overall. Comparing to the grade the hotel is claiming, the service and facility was so poor. There was a long queue at the reception on my check-in and I was quite confused. There should be some staff outside the counter to support us. They give us a sheet of paper that described the facility and ground rules of the hotel, but I don’t think it is a way for a luxury hotel should do. The lounge service was simply messy as so many people try to grab seats, drink and snacks and a staff should sort the things out in person. The room on the 3rd floor was so poor which may be just old one inherited from the previous hotel. (The hotel was bought and started as this hotel recently.) They don’t like to invest the things by which the hotel grade should keep the grade they claim. The hot spa and breakfast service was nice compering to many poor aspects of the hotel but by only those they could not push up the grade of the hotel, they should invest facility and staff more and more.

it was just renew and reopened, the whole management and sense are quite morden and good. especially the kids play ground was great! and by the way the afternoon snack was also great! i definitely recommend my friend to visit here again.

When I went there, it looked like the renovation had just finished. The room was spacious and bright. The service bar was free and had snacks, juice, and especially whiskey. However, the hair dryer in the hot spring was weak, and it took a long time to dry.

It was very clean and there were plenty of places for children to play, so we had a great time even in the rain. However, I tried to contact the hotel by phone, but I was told that I couldn't get through after 6:00 p.m. and that chat was not available at the time, which made me a little worried.
