It was very quiet and nice. I only ordered breakfast, but it was very delicious. I wish I had ordered dinner as well.

It's great under the snow-capped mountains, with two beds in one bed, Japanese dinner and Western breakfast to choose from. The room has a window with a view, just like in the promotional video. It's fate to watch the starry sky. The hot spring is also very good.

Stayed here hoping to enjoy stargazing with my kids. Unfortunately it was not possible to see it due to the cloudy sky. However, the two-hour piano performance that started at 7pm was wonderful. The MC has a calmness that makes you wonder if he is 24 years old. The last three classical pieces were the best. ●Pick-up If you make a request over the phone, they will immediately pick you up at a nearby tourist spot, which was very helpful. ●Feeding carp There are carp in the pond in front of the hotel building, and you can buy food for them with a 100 yen gacha. You can feed it. This is what the kids were most excited about and had fun doing. ●Meals We had Japanese food for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were wonderful and made us feel comfortable. The mango jelly was surprisingly delicious. ●Beautiful Forest Observatory Just a short walk away. A panoramic view of Kiyosato, which is full of greenery. It's the best view. The souvenir shop at the entrance to the mountain trail is also useful.

Just arrived. As soon as you open the curtain lace, you can see Mt. Fuji capped with white snow right in front of your eyes! You will be moved by the view of Mt. Fuji shining in the winter sunlight across the pond, forest, and Mt. Kayagatake. All of nature fits in the large windows, making it look like a paddle.

I visited here for the first time in a year. From the room, the view of the hotel's garden, the pond, and the mountains (the silhouette of Mt. Fuji in the distance) is beautiful. The Western-style room is spacious, and the bathroom area is equipped with amenities such as lotion. The baths are alternated between men and women, and the open-air bath is hot spring, and it was spacious. The indoor bath is not hot spring, and there was a slight chlorine smell (I didn't notice it in the bath the next morning). There was cold water in each changing room and bathroom area, so I hydrated my throat after the bath. For dinner, I had a Western course this time. The bottle of wine was about 3,500 yen for a foreign house wine. It was French wine. The Western course was quite healthy, with plenty of vegetables. The apple salad was elaborate, with three types of apples (dried apples, raw sliced ​​apples, and boiled apples) and sweetly roasted nuts and bacon, but it was unique in that it did not use dressing or olive oil. The fish dish was grilled cod or some other fish, and it was made like borsch, but I thought it would have been better if it was just grilled. The beautiful color and strange texture of the mallow granita that was served as a palate cleanser, as well as the meat dishes and desserts were delicious. One disappointing thing was that when I asked for cold water, the male staff member who seemed unmotivated responded, but he never brought it, and rather than forgetting, he just ignored me. I could tell from his attitude, so I should have just asked someone else quickly. I had a Japanese breakfast, which was well-balanced. The food here is not heavy, not too little, not too much, and is well-balanced. Since I checked out at 11:00, I took a walk in the garden. It only took about 10 minutes to walk around the lake slowly, and the mountains and autumn leaves reflected in the clear autumn sky were beautiful. This time, since the day I arrived was also a clear autumn day, I participated in a stargazing event. After receiving a 10-minute explanation of the autumn stars in the hall, I went outside in the pitch black with a lantern in hand to enjoy the starry sky. The Milky Way was still visible, as was Jupiter and the red planet Saturn. Please note that heavy coats and down jackets are not available for rental during the stargazing event, so we recommend that you dress warmly even if you are attending in the fall. The actual time spent gazing at the stars is just under 20 minutes. Participation is free, and the event is held four times at night, so it is a recommended event. It was another memorable stay.
